Artwork:
A digital vector file is required. We also accept camera-ready black-and-white artwork.
Typesetting (up to 3 lines) charge will be $40.00(V).
Artwork touch-up charge will be $50.00(V) per hour.
Paper Proof:
A paper proof will be sent at no charge via fax.
Pre-production Proof:
Physical proof will be billed all setup charges plus First Column Price(R).
Samples:
Random/blank samples will be billed at EQP, End Quality Price (R).
Production Time:
Normal production time is ten working days after receipt of proof approval.
Rush service is available.
Repeat Orders :
Re-setup charge will be $25.00(V) per side.
Returns:
No return will be accepted without Return Authorization from factory.
Cancellation:
All orders are non-cancelable after being processed.
FOB:
City of Industry, California.
Split Shipments:
Split shipment will be $5.00(V) each location.
